Worked with OEMs, platform providers, and network teams to correct issues discovered during testing. Oversaw large-scale product launches. Led project for device software update improvement project which resulted in streamlining and overall cost savings of approximately $12 million annually.

Designed internal user interface automation (contextualized content) which resulted in $25 million in savings annually. Managed automation of technical support processes and account management for both internal and external use. Project coordinator for iLog implementation on cross-functional teams (IBM, Contractors, Internal IT, Marketing & Customer Service).
